Poor customer service and no hot water Negative: There was no hot water at all. Although this was rectified within an hour (I was told) I didn't have time to wait around for an engineer. Only 15% compensation was given and correspondence and conversations with the customer service accused me of being uncooperative.

Positive: Room was comfortable Negative: We requested to leave bags at the room a fee hours prior yo check in but didnt receive a response Would have been good to know it was up multiple levels of stairs

Ok - good location - but dirty Positive: Great location. Ok amenities. Would be good for a long stay Negative: Cleaning - was quite dirty. Blood and general filth. Also 6 levels of stairs to navigate and lots of random stuff in common areas (not sure if ok for fire regs)
